How it works
- Pick a question. Tap Listen to hear it, and read the useful phrases and the structure under it.
- Tap Record answer, answer out loud in English, and tap Stop. One to two minutes is a good length.
- The Feedback screen shows the length, words per minute, filler words, words you repeated and the phrases you used. Tick the structure steps your answer covered, and read the transcript.
Questions
Why are the questions in English and the app in my language?
Because the interview will be in English. The questions, phrases and structures are what you will say; the tips and buttons are in your language so they are easy to follow.
No transcript appears, only a message
The transcript is made on your device, never on a server. That needs English speech recognition that works offline. Add an English keyboard with dictation in Settings › General › Keyboard, wait until the language has downloaded (Wi-Fi, a few minutes), then tap Try again on the answer. The recording is kept in the meantime. If you turned speech recognition off for the app, turn it on in the iPhone's Settings.
Does the app rate my pronunciation or tell me if I will get the job?
No. It counts things it can count from the transcript: length, pace, filler words, repeated words and phrases used. It does not rate pronunciation or accent and gives no score. Speech recognition sometimes leaves out "um" and "uh", so the real number of fillers can be higher.
What are the automatic suggestions?
On devices with Apple Intelligence, Pro can ask the on-device model for two or three suggestions on the structure and wording of an answer, made from the transcript only. They can be wrong. On other devices the section does not appear.
What is free, and what is Pro?
Free: 15 questions from all eight groups, recording, the transcript and every number, and the last three answers of each question. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription: all 80 questions, mock interviews (five questions in a row with a summary), your full history, your own questions, and automatic suggestions where available.
I paid but it is still locked
Open Settings (the gear) and tap Restore Purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
What data is collected?
None. Recordings, transcripts and your questions stay in the app on your device; Settings › Delete all answers removes them. See the Privacy Policy.

- Frage wählen, mit «Anhören» anhören, mit «Antwort aufnehmen» laut auf Englisch antworten und «Stopp» tippen.
- Die Auswertung zeigt Länge, Wörter pro Minute, Füllwörter, Wiederholungen und verwendete Wendungen. Die Aussprache wird nicht bewertet.
- Das Transkript entsteht auf dem Gerät. Erscheint ein Hinweis, fügen Sie unter Einstellungen › Allgemein › Tastatur eine englische Tastatur mit Diktat hinzu und tippen nach dem Laden auf «Erneut versuchen».
- Pro ist ein Einmalkauf, kein Abo. Wiederherstellen: Einstellungen › Kauf wiederherstellen.
- Aufnahmen und Transkripte bleiben auf Ihrem Gerät; es wird nichts gesammelt.
