ヘルプとよくある質問
GPSで走った距離と待ち時間を測り、選んだ地域の公示運賃でタクシー料金の目安を表示します。 アカウント登録は不要で、インターネット接続なしで動きます。
使い方
- 画面上部の運賃表をタップして、乗る地域を選びます（全国21地域）。
- 出発前に「賃走開始」をタップします。配車を待つ場合は先に「迎車」。
- 高速道路に入ったら「高速道路」をオンにします（時間加算が止まります）。
- 着いたら「支払」。有料道路料金を入力すると合計に加わります。
- 「空車に戻す」で終了。結果は画像で共有できます。
走らずに調べたいときは「運賃の目安を計算」で、距離と待ち時間から料金を計算できます。
よくある質問
実際の運賃と違うのはなぜですか？
本物のタクシーメーターは車輪の回転で距離を測りますが、このアプリはGPSを使います。 トンネルや高いビルの間では位置がずれることがあり、走ったルートや信号待ちの時間でも差が出ます。 また、迎車料金（設定で入力）以外の予約料、各種割引（遠距離割引・障害者割引など）は含まれません。 運賃は各地域の上限運賃で計算しています。会社によってはこれより安い場合があります。
深夜割増はどう計算していますか？
22時から翌5時までは2割増です。実際のメーターと同じく、初乗り距離と加算距離を1.2で割って短くする方式で計算します。 メーターの「割増」ランプが点灯します。
時間距離併用制とは？
時速10km以下で走っているあいだ（渋滞・信号待ち）は、距離の代わりに時間で運賃が加算されます。 東京23区なら1分25秒ごとに100円です。高速道路モードでは時間加算はありません。
画面を消しても計測されますか？
はい。賃走中はバックグラウンドでも距離を測り続け、画面上部に位置情報の表示が出ます。 「支払」をタップすると、バックグラウンドでの位置情報の利用は止まります。空車のときは、アプリを開いているあいだだけGPSの受信状態を表示します。 許可は「このAppの使用中」で十分で、「常に」は必要ありません。 途中でアプリが終了した場合も、もう一度開くと中断した地点から再開します（中断中の距離は推定です）。
運賃データはどこから来ていますか？
各地方運輸局が公示した普通車の運賃です。アプリの 設定 → 運賃データについてに、地域ごとの出典と改定日を載せています。 運賃が改定されたらアップデートで反映します。待てない場合は、メーターProの カスタム運賃で自分で設定できます。
仕事や運賃の請求に使えますか？
いいえ。このアプリは検定を受けたタクシーメーターではなく、料金の目安を知るためのものです。 運賃の請求・受領には使えません。運転中は操作せず、出発前に操作するか同乗者に任せてください。
無料で使える機能は？
メーター、全21地域の運賃表、運賃の目安計算、結果の共有は無料です。 メーターPro（買い切り、サブスクなし）で、乗車記録（月ごとの合計・CSV書き出し）、 カスタム運賃、メーターの色（緑・アンバー・青）が使えます。
購入したのにロックされたままです
アプリの設定 → 購入を復元をタップしてください。購入したときと同じAppleアカウントでサインインしている必要があります。
返金はできますか？
返金はAppleが扱います。reportaproblem.apple.com にAppleアカウントでサインインして申請してください。
位置情報は送信されますか？
いいえ。位置情報は端末の中だけで距離の計算に使われ、どこにも送信されません。ルートは保存されず、 乗車記録に残るのは日時・距離・時間・運賃だけです。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

Taxi Meter measures distance and waiting time with GPS and shows what the ride would cost under the official fares of the region you choose. No account, no internet connection needed.
How to use it
- Tap the fare table at the top and choose the region (21 regions of Japan).
- Before setting off, tap Start ride. Use Pickup first if you are waiting for a car.
- Turn on Expressway on toll roads: the time rule stops.
- On arrival tap Stop & pay. Tolls you enter are added to the total.
- Clear meter ends the ride. The result can be shared as a picture.

Questions
Why does it differ from the real fare?
A real meter measures distance from the wheels; the app uses GPS, which can drift in tunnels and between tall buildings. The route and time spent at lights also matter. Booking fees and discounts are not included, apart from the pickup fee you set in Settings. Fares use each region's upper-limit fare; some companies charge less.
How is the night surcharge calculated?
From 22:00 to 5:00 fares are 20% higher. As on a real meter, the initial and step distances are divided by 1.2. The NIGHT lamp lights up.
What is the time rule?
At 10 km/h or slower (traffic, lights) time is charged instead of distance: in Tokyo's 23 wards, 100 yen every 1 minute 25 seconds. Expressway mode switches the time rule off.
Does it keep measuring with the screen off?
Yes. During a ride distance keeps counting in the background and iOS shows the location indicator. Background use stops when you tap Stop & pay; with no ride running, GPS is used only while the app is on screen, to show signal strength. “While Using the App” permission is enough; “Always” is not needed. If the app is closed mid-ride, it resumes when you open it again (the distance during the gap is estimated).
Where do the fares come from?
From the regional transport bureaus of Japan (standard cars). Settings → About the fare data lists the source and effective date for each region. Fare changes arrive with app updates; with Meter Pro you can also enter your own fares.
Can I use it to charge passengers?
No. It is not a certified taxi meter and only gives an estimate. Never use the phone while driving: start the meter before you set off or let a passenger use it.
What is free?
The meter, all 21 fare tables, the fare estimate and sharing. Meter Pro (one payment, no subscription) adds the ride log with monthly totals and CSV export, your own fares, and green, amber and blue meter colours.
I paid but features are still locked
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my location sent anywhere?
No. It is used on the device to add up distance and never leaves it. Routes are not saved; a ride in the log keeps only its date, distance, time and fare. See the Privacy Policy.
