Timestamp Camera burns the date and time into your photos the moment you take them. You see the stamp in the viewfinder before you shoot. With Stamp Pro it also stamps video, adds your project, a note and your logo, and turns your photos into a PDF report. It works with no connection and no account.

How to use it

  1. Point and tap the shutter. The photo is saved to your library with the stamp you saw in the viewfinder.
  2. Tap the Aa button to change the stamp: date format, 12- or 24-hour clock, GPS coordinates, corner, size and color.
  3. Switch to Video below the viewfinder to record video with a running clock (Stamp Pro).
  4. The document button opens the photo report; the stacked photos button stamps photos already in your library (both Stamp Pro).

Questions

Can the date on the stamp be changed?

No, and that is the point. A photo taken in the camera gets the time the shutter fired. A photo you stamp later gets the capture date stored in its own file. Pictures with no capture date, such as screenshots or images forwarded in a chat, are left unchanged and listed; the app never puts today's date on an old photo.

Why are the coordinates numbers and not an address?

Turning a position into a street address means sending it to an online service. The app does not do that: coordinates are printed as they come from the phone, as decimal degrees or degrees, minutes and seconds. If location access is off, the stamp simply has no coordinates line.

Does the stamp change my original photo?

Photos taken in the app are saved with the stamp. When you stamp photos from your library, a stamped copy is added next to each original; the original stays as it was.

What is in the PDF report?

A cover page with the project name, the period and the number of photos, then two photos per page in the order they were taken, each with its stamp text, coordinates and note. The report list keeps small copies of your newest 300 stamped photos on the device; you can add more from your library. You can clear the list in Settings; your photos stay in the library.

Video has no sound

Microphone access is off. Turn it on in the iPhone Settings app under Timestamp Camera. Video is still recorded and stamped without it.

A video says “Unstamped video”

Stamping a video takes a moment after you stop recording. If it is cut off (you left the app, the phone ran out of time in the background, or Photos could not save the copy), the recording is kept on the phone until its stamped copy is in your photo library. The app tries again when you come back; Unstamped videos over the viewfinder opens each kept recording with Try again, Share and Delete. If Photos access is off, Try again gives you the stamped copy to share instead.

What is free, and what is Stamp Pro?

Free: photos with date, time and GPS coordinates, and every stamp style. Stamp Pro (one payment, no subscription) adds stamped video, a project name, note and logo on the stamp, the PDF photo report, and stamping photos from your library. Buttons that need Stamp Pro show a PRO badge until you unlock it.

I paid but it is still locked

Open Settings (the gear at the top) and tap Restore Purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

What data is collected?

None. No account, no ads, no analytics, no upload. Photos go only to your photo library; the report list and your settings stay on the device and are removed with the app. See the Privacy Policy.

So geht's

  1. Ausrichten und auslösen. Das Foto wird mit dem Stempel, den du im Sucher gesehen hast, in der Mediathek gespeichert.
  2. Über die Taste Aa stellst du den Stempel ein: Datumsformat, 12- oder 24-Stunden-Uhr, GPS-Koordinaten, Ecke, Größe und Farbe.
  3. Unter dem Sucher auf Video wechseln, um mit laufender Uhr zu filmen (Stamp Pro).
  4. Die Dokument-Taste öffnet den Fotobericht, die Taste mit dem Fotostapel stempelt vorhandene Fotos aus der Mediathek (beides Stamp Pro).

Kann man das Datum im Stempel ändern?

Nein, und genau darum geht es. Ein Foto aus der Kamera bekommt den Moment der Aufnahme. Nachträglich gestempelte Fotos bekommen das Aufnahmedatum aus ihrer eigenen Datei. Bilder ohne Aufnahmedatum (Screenshots, weitergeleitete Bilder) bleiben unverändert und werden aufgelistet.

Warum Koordinaten statt Adresse?

Für eine Adresse müsste die Position an einen Online-Dienst gehen. Das macht die App nicht: Koordinaten werden als Zahlen gedruckt, dezimal oder in Grad, Minuten und Sekunden.

Ein Video zeigt „Video ohne Zeitstempel“

Das Stempeln eines Videos dauert nach dem Stoppen einen Moment. Wird es unterbrochen (du hast die App verlassen, die Hintergrundzeit ist abgelaufen oder Fotos konnte die Kopie nicht sichern), bleibt die Aufnahme auf dem iPhone, bis die gestempelte Kopie in deiner Mediathek ist. Die App versucht es erneut, wenn du zurückkommst; Videos ohne Zeitstempel über dem Sucher öffnet jede aufbewahrte Aufnahme mit „Erneut versuchen“, „Teilen“ und „Löschen“.

Kostenlos und Stamp Pro

Kostenlos: Fotos mit Datum, Uhrzeit und GPS-Koordinaten in jedem Stempelstil. Stamp Pro (Einmalkauf, kein Abo) ergänzt gestempelte Videos, Projektname, Notiz und Logo im Stempel, den PDF-Fotobericht und das Stempeln vorhandener Fotos. Tasten, die Stamp Pro brauchen, tragen bis zum Kauf ein PRO-Zeichen.

Bezahlt, aber noch gesperrt?

Einstellungen (Zahnrad oben) öffnen und Kauf wiederherstellen tippen, angemeldet mit dem Apple Account, mit dem du gekauft hast.

Kullanım

  1. Hedefleyip deklanşöre dokunun. Fotoğraf, vizörde gördüğünüz damgayla arşivinize kaydedilir.
  2. Aa düğmesi damgayı ayarlar: tarih biçimi, 12 ya da 24 saat, GPS koordinatı, köşe, boyut ve renk.
  3. Vizörün altında Video'ya geçerek ilerleyen saatle kayıt yapın (Stamp Pro).
  4. Belge düğmesi fotoğraf raporunu açar; fotoğraf yığını düğmesi arşivdeki fotoğrafları damgalar (ikisi de Stamp Pro).

Damgadaki tarih değiştirilebilir mi?

Hayır; amaç da bu. Kamerayla çekilen fotoğraf deklanşör anını alır. Sonradan damgalanan fotoğraf kendi dosyasındaki çekim tarihini alır. Çekim tarihi olmayan görseller (ekran görüntüleri, iletilen resimler) değiştirilmez ve listelenir.

Neden adres değil de koordinat?

Adres için konumun bir çevrimiçi servise gitmesi gerekir. Uygulama bunu yapmaz: koordinatlar sayı olarak, ondalık ya da derece-dakika-saniye biçiminde basılır.

Bir videoda “Damgasız video” yazıyor

Kaydı durdurduktan sonra videonun damgalanması biraz sürer. Bu yarıda kalırsa (uygulamadan çıktınız, arka plan süresi doldu ya da Fotoğraflar kopyayı kaydedemedi) kayıt, damgalı kopyası fotoğraf arşivinize girene kadar telefonda saklanır. Uygulama geri döndüğünüzde yeniden dener; vizörün üstündeki Damgasız videolar her saklanan kaydı Tekrar dene, Paylaş ve Sil ile açar.

Ücretsiz ve Stamp Pro

Ücretsiz: tarih, saat ve GPS koordinatlı fotoğraf, tüm damga stilleri. Stamp Pro (tek seferlik, abonelik değil) damgalı video, damgada proje adı, not ve logo, PDF fotoğraf raporu ve arşivdeki fotoğrafları damgalamayı ekler. Stamp Pro gerektiren düğmelerde, satın alana kadar PRO işareti bulunur.
