How to log a shift

1. Tap Add shift at the bottom, or a day in the calendar.
2. Set the start, the end and the unpaid break. An end earlier than the start is read as the next day, so a night shift from 22:00 to 06:00 is entered as it is.
3. Tap Save. The month's estimate, the calendar and the week update at once.
4. Tap a shift to change or delete it. The next new shift starts with the times you used last.

Questions

Which rules does the app use?

Tap the rate on the summary card (for example "$18.00/h") to open Pay rules. There you choose the country's rules, enter your wage or salary and set the switches:

• Other countries: hours × hourly wage in your currency, with optional overtime (past 8 hours a day, ×1.5) and night premium (22:00–06:00, ×1.5).
• Korea: hourly wage (the 2026 minimum wage, ₩10,320, is filled in and can be changed); with 5 or more employees, night hours and hours past 8 a day or 40 a week (Monday to Sunday) earn ×1.5 (night and overtime at once ×2), and shifts marked Holiday (휴일근로) earn ×1.5 up to 8 hours a day and ×2 beyond; 주휴수당 from 15 hours a week, (weekly hours ÷ 40, at most 1) × 8 × wage, counting at most 8 hours a day and no holiday work; optional 3.3% withholding.
• Turkey: gross monthly salary; hourly wage = salary ÷ 225; normal hours past 45 a week and entries marked Overtime are paid ×1.5; with a contract week under 45 hours, the hours between it and 45 are paid ×1.25 (fazla sürelerle çalışma); hours marked Public holiday add ×2 less the day the salary already pays.

How is the break counted?

The break is unpaid. The app does not record when in the shift you took it, so it is taken evenly across the shift's hours, night hours included.

Why does my payslip show a different amount?

WorkPay is an estimate. Your payslip also depends on your contract, allowances, social insurance, taxes and rounding that the app does not know. Use it to check your hours and to spot a missing shift, not as official payroll.

What is free, and what is WorkPay Pro?

Free: one workplace, shift entry, all country rules and switches, the month's estimate with its breakdown, this month and last month. WorkPay Pro (one payment, no subscription) adds more workplaces, the monthly PDF and CSV, custom overtime, night and holiday multipliers, a payday reminder and every older month. Options that need Pro show a PRO badge or say Pro.

I paid but it is still locked

Open Settings (the gear at the top right) and tap Restore Purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

What data is collected?

None. No account, no ads, no analytics. Shifts and rules are stored only on your device and are removed with the app. The payday reminder is a notification scheduled on the device. See the Privacy Policy.

근무 기록하기

1. 아래의 근무 추가 버튼이나 달력의 날짜를 누르세요.
2. 출근, 퇴근 시간과 무급 휴게시간을 입력하세요. 퇴근이 출근보다 이르면 다음 날로 계산되므로 22:00~06:00 야간 근무도 그대로 입력하면 됩니다.
3. 저장을 누르면 이번 달 예상 금액, 달력, 주별 목록이 바로 바뀝니다.
4. 근무를 누르면 수정하거나 삭제할 수 있어요.

어떤 기준으로 계산하나요?

• 시급: 2026년 최저시급 10,320원이 기본으로 입력돼 있고 바꿀 수 있습니다.
• 5인 이상 사업장을 켜면 야간(22~06시)과 하루 8시간 또는 주 40시간(월~일)을 넘는 연장근무에 1.5배, 야간과 연장이 겹치면 2배를 적용합니다.
• 휴일근로: 근무 추가 화면에서 '휴일근로'를 고르면 5인 이상 사업장은 하루 8시간까지 1.5배, 8시간 초과분은 2배로 계산합니다. 휴일근로는 주 40시간과 주휴수당 계산에 넣지 않습니다.
• 주휴수당: 주 15시간 이상 근무하면 (주간 근무시간 ÷ 40, 최대 1) × 8 × 시급. 하루는 최대 8시간까지만 셉니다. 주가 두 달에 걸치면 각 달의 근무시간 비율로 나눕니다.
• 3.3% 공제: 사업소득세 3%와 지방소득세 0.3%를 빼고 실수령액을 보여줍니다.

급여명세서와 금액이 달라요

WorkPay의 금액은 예상 금액이며 공식 급여 명세가 아닙니다. 주휴수당은 소정 근로일 개근 등 요건을 충족해야 지급되고, 4대보험, 수당, 반올림 등은 앱이 알 수 없습니다. 근무시간 확인과 빠진 근무를 찾는 용도로 사용하세요.

무료 기능과 Pro

무료: 근무지 1곳, 근무 기록, 모든 계산 기준과 설정, 월별 예상 금액과 내역, 이번 달과 지난달. WorkPay Pro(한 번 결제, 구독 없음): 여러 근무지, 월별 PDF·CSV, 배율 직접 설정, 급여일 알림, 지난 모든 달.

결제했는데 잠겨 있어요

설정(오른쪽 위 톱니바퀴)에서 구입 복원을 누르세요. 결제한 Apple 계정으로 로그인되어 있어야 합니다.

2. Başlangıç, bitiş ve ücretsiz mola süresini gir. Bitiş başlangıçtan önceyse ertesi gün sayılır; 22.00–06.00 gece mesaisini olduğu gibi girebilirsin.
3. Mesai türünü seç: Normal saatler maaşa dahildir, haftalık 45 saati aşan kısım kendiliğinden fazla mesai olur; Fazla mesai kaydının tamamı ×1,5; Resmî tatil ×2.
4. Kaydet'e dokun. Aylık tahmin, takvim ve hafta hemen güncellenir.

Nasıl hesaplanıyor?

• Brüt aylık maaş (2026 brüt asgari ücret hazır gelir, kendi maaşını yazabilirsin).
• Saatlik ücret = brüt maaş ÷ 225.
• Fazla mesai = saat × saatlik ücret × 1,5 (haftalık 45 saati aşan saatler ve Fazla mesai kayıtları).
• Sözleşmendeki haftalık süre 45 saatten azsa (ör. 40), aradaki saatler fazla sürelerle çalışma olarak ×1,25 ödenir (İş Kanunu md. 41). Haftalık sınırı Ücret kuralları ekranından ayarla.
• Resmî tatil: o günün ücreti maaşa zaten dahil olduğundan, çalışılan her saat için saatlik ücretin bir katı daha eklenir (toplamda ×2; 7,5 saat = bir günlük ücret).
• Tutarlar brüttür; SGK, gelir vergisi ve damga vergisi düşülmez.

Bordromdaki tutar farklı

WorkPay yalnızca tahmin verir, resmî bordro değildir. Kesintiler, ek ödemeler ve yuvarlamalar bordronu değiştirir. Saatlerini kontrol etmek ve unutulan mesaiyi bulmak için kullan.

Ücretsiz ve Pro

Ücretsiz: bir iş yeri, mesai kaydı, tüm kurallar ve ayarlar, aylık tahmin ve dökümü, bu ay ve geçen ay. WorkPay Pro (tek ödeme, abonelik yok): birden çok iş yeri, aylık PDF ve CSV, özel çarpanlar, maaş günü hatırlatıcısı ve tüm geçmiş aylar.
